Terms and Conditions
Each piece of Isabela Jewellery is hand-crafted in our family run studio and all pieces are individually made to order.
Ordering couldn’t be simpler, you can use our online shop or call us on 07944 231360. Your order will normally be dispatched within 1-2 weeks from date of order, but at busy periods please order well in advance and allow extra time to ensure delivery before your required date.
All jewellery is Hallmarked at The Edinburgh Assay Office as required by UK Hallmarking law.
Isabela Jewellery is individually packaged in custom made Isabela Jewellery boxes.
When your order is ready for dispatch, all jewellery will be packaged securely and sent by insured post which will require a signature on delivery.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please contact us in the first instance.
Items may be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt, with the exception of custom orders and bespoke pieces, where we operate a no returns policy.
You will be responsible for paying the return postage costs - it is recommended that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery or an alternative insured and tracked service, otherwise there is no guarantee that we will receive it and we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Once the jewellery is received back in its original packaging and in perfect condition, you will then be issued with an exchange or refund.
All items are sent insured, tracked and signed for via Royal Mail. Once an item is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you.
You may also collect in person by appointment only.
Rest of the world
All items will be sent via Royal Mail insured and signed for. Where possible tracking will also be requested.
